  • 1. Initial Enquiry

    Your bespoke journey begins with an initial enquiry—whether you’re envisioning a completely new design, customizing a Naiad creation, or selecting from our curated pieces.

  • 2. Complimentary Consultation

    Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation via Google Meet or phone call. This session allows us to explore your vision in depth, offering expert guidance on design possibilities, materials, and craftsmanship.

  • 3. Design & Sourcing

    To move forward, a £250 deposit secures your bespoke experience, covering gemstone sourcing and initial design sketches. This investment allows for an in-depth creative process with unlimited refinements, ensuring your piece is perfected down to the finest detail. The deposit is fully deductible from your final invoice.

  • 4. Final Approval & Production

    Once your design is finalized and the agreement is set, we proceed with securing the full payment, allowing our artisans to begin production. Each piece is meticulously crafted within 6–8 weeks, undergoing strict quality control and, where applicable, UK hallmarking before completion.

  • The Naiad Concierge service is our bespoke jewelry design experience, where we work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your vision. Whether you’re looking for a custom engagement ring, an heirloom redesign, or customise from our Naiad collection and curated releases, we guide you through every step—from design to sourcing the perfect gemstones and crafting the final piece.

  • We mainly work with 18K solid gold, but can also work with 14K solid gold and platinum on request. We can source both natural and lab-grown gemstones and diamonds. If you have a specific request, let us know and we will do our best to source for you!

  • Currently, we do not work with loose stones. However, we are happy to work with gemstones that are already set in existing jewelry, such as heirloom pieces. We can assess the stone’s condition and suitability for resetting before proceeding with the design.

  • Heirloom redesigns involve transforming an existing piece of jewelry—whether a family heirloom or a sentimental piece—into something new while preserving its history. We breathe new life into your jewelry by reimagining its design, creating a piece that aligns with your style while honouring its original meaning.

  • Our consultations and advice are completely free! Once you’ve decided to proceed with the sourcing and design stage, we require a £250 deposit, which allows us to begin sourcing gemstones and sketching designs for you. This fee is deductible from the final invoice, so you won’t be paying anything extra.

  • Yes, all natural and lab-grown diamonds above 0.5 ct will come with a diamond grading report from GIA or IGI to certify their quality and authenticity.

  • No problem! We’ll guide you through a collaborative design process to create something unique to you. Alternatively, you can customise one of our existing pieces or choose from our curated releases as a starting point.

  • Pricing depends on the materials, gemstones, and level of craftsmanship required. This means the prices of our existing pieces can also vary based on different gemstones or metals. We tailor each piece to different budgets and always discuss options that align with your preferences before beginning the design and sourcing stage.
