SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

All orders are shipped via DHL Express and are fully tracked and insured.

• UK orders: Free shipping via DHL Express

• International orders: £20 flat rate via DHL Express

We require an adult signature upon delivery for all orders to ensure safe and secure receipt.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & VAT

We do not cover customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and may be applied once the order reaches your country.

As we are a UK-based business that is currently not VAT registered, no VAT will be added to your order at checkout.

Your local customs office or delivery courier may contact you for payment of any applicable charges before releasing your parcel.

RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid any issues.

If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. After the package has been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting DHL to rearrange delivery.
